Children of G-d

You are the children of G-d, your G-d.

You are children of G-d, your G-d

This metaphor implies that just as a child originates in its parents' essence, so do the Jewish people originate in G-d's essence. In the words of the Baal Shem Tov, "Every Jew is as precious to G-d as an only son born to his parents in their old age is to them--and, in fact, even more precious."
