One who contributes from his wealth for the purpose of writing or publishing a sefer of a Tzaddik –
Behold, at any given time, and in any corner of the world, that a person studies from this sefer, the Tzaddik [on high] evokes merit on behalf of the donor through whom the sefer was disseminated.

Principles of Education & Guidance
by Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneersohn of Lubavitch
In 1898, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak, who would later become the sixth Lubavitcher Rebbe, compiled this treatise at the behest of his father, Rabbi Shalom DovBer, for use by the first counselors at the first Lubavitch yeshiva, Tomchei Temimim.
The Principles of Education & Guidance is a compelling treatise that examines the art of educating. In this thought provoking analysis, the Rebbe teaches how to assess the potential of any pupil, and help one become a more effective educator.
This treatise contains invaluable lessons for every educator, mentor and parent.
